As a workshop and retreat host, my goal is to:

  • Educate and inform you about the health benefits of real foods, making cooking a fun integral part of your daily practice and on the importance of digestion, metabolism and preventive health as a whole.
  • Teach you how to prepare balanced, nutritious and delicious plant-based meals, drinks, desserts and more sharing my personal tips and techniques as a healthy junk food guru and professional chef.
  • Motivate you to incorporate clean, living foods and self-care practices into your daily life, sharing my personal hacks and strategies.
  • Empower you to redesign your life, from a place of self-love and gratitude.
  • Plant the seed to treat food not just as medicine but a practice, because it is the greatest practice above all others that can nourish and heal. 
  • Provide you with a sacred, safe space to share, think, open up, learn and strategize.
